The Fair AI Public License is a copyleft license that requires the open-sourcing of machine learning models and software when they are used to provide a service over the internet.

The Stable Diffusion compatible version or “SD variant” of the license is not a free software license. Unless you’re releasing a derivative of a Stable Diffusion model, you should use the regular (International) version.
